FasTop Bike warrants all products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the original purchase date(receipt required). This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product(but we reserve the right to help secondary owners at our discretion if the product has been treated fairly). Valid proof of purchase is required when claims under this warranty be made.
You may return most new,unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). We aim to process returns efficiently,but if you wish to speed up the process,you may place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.


Crash Replacement:

The crash replacement is an optional service from FasTop Bike, FasTop Bike reserves the right to provide replacement parts, in the event that FasTop Bike is unable to repair the product to conform to this limited warranty,as a result of which you shall have the one-time opportunity to have your FasTop parts replaced with a 50% discount on the respective valid official-listed price.

The customer must:

Return the damaged part or product to an authorized FasTop Bike dealer or directly to FasTop Bike company at the customer’s expense.

Provide the Proof of Purchase.

Send clear pictures of goods with problem and show us serial number of product.

Policy covers FasTop Bike manufactured products and components only(e.g: rims, bars, forks, stems, seat posts, etc).


Limitations of Warranty:

* Non-FasTop Bike parts/components

* Normal wear and tear

* Inappropriate use/transport(e.x: using XC rims for Downhill)

* Neglected or Improper follow-up maintenance

* Superficial chips and scratches on rim or components

* Damage or failure due to accident,misuse,abuse,or neglect

* Damage to products improperly installed or repaired as recommended by FasTop Bike

* Warranty does not apply to parts manufactured by other manufacturer(e.x: hubs, spokes, nipples)

* Damages resulting from commercial use like lending/hiring

* Labor charges for part replacement or changeover

FasTop Bike Care Loyalty Program:

Sometimes accidents happen and you may need to replace a non-warranty damaged frame or part. That's why we made the FasTop Bike Care Loyalty Program. We know how much you love your bike and understand the burden of having to replace a non-warranty damaged wheels or frame or any other parts. This program can be used to obtain a discount on a replacement frame or component in the case of non-warranty damage.Contact us for this purpose with your details.Our goal with the FasTop Bike Care Loyalty Program is to “keep” the customer in the Fastop family for life.

NOTE: When sending in an item for warranty please remove tires,tubes,rim tapes,cassettes,skewers,computer magnets,etc. If you fail to remove these items we are not responsible for them but we always take care with client’s possessions.
